AquaGyp is manufactured from selected Gypsum Beta Hemihydrates. It has high grade bonding ingredients. It is a very good, fine and white material. It has high strength with better adhesiveness and durability

WHERE TO USE: AquaGyp is used for walls made of AAC blocks, RCC and other types of blocks/bricks.

HOW TO APPLY

Pre-wet the wall surface before application

Mix 1.5 parts of powder in 1 part of water.

Place a bull mark and by using a plumb, ensure vertical level and make marks at every 4 feet.

Place an aluminium box plate on wall. Fill the gap with AquaGyp

Apply the AquaGyp material paste on the wall with the help of a trowel / patra

Level the material paste on the wall with help of aluminium box plate

Mix thin slurry and apply it on the leveled surface with a trowel to get a smooth finish.

After application leave the wall to dry for 2 to 3 days

Covarage

Storage

Store unopened in normal & dry condition.

Precaution

Before mixing, ensure to always first mix powder to water and not vice versa. Mix the material thoroughly and make certain that it is free from impurities and lumps before use.
